Tierce Touch Solutions will also offer several support options, including hourly support services, with all purchased packages. Protecting your organization's data is critical. Tierce Touch Solutions will manage your wayfinding system to ensure that your data is protected and backed-up. While Tierce Touch Solutions cannot be held responsible for lost data, we will ensure that validated and tested backups occur on a regularly scheduled basis. With each support option, Tierce Touch Solutions will configure and monitor the backup software, monitor and test backup jobs, and perform needed file restoration. Additionally, semi-annual service contracts will be available. Contract pricing will be negotiated on a per-contract basis.
Tierce Touch Solutions will help guide you through each step of the implementation process and manage each package with a dedicated team to avoid significant unscheduled interruptions.
Installation is available for each project and is monitored from beginning to completion. System installation will be billed and estimated on a per-project basis. The client is responsible for internet, web cams, and/or wi-fi set-up. |
